Indoor Garden: Growing Microgreens in Self-Watering Trays

Microgreens are a wonderful way to grow nutritionally dense food quickly inside your own home. It only takes a few weeks to produce a crop and reap the nutritional benefits of these tiny seedlings. Self-watering trays take the work out of caring for the growing plants.

In this video, we use two varieties of True Leaf self-watering microgreen trays and we create a homemade version using plastic muffin trays and shoelaces.
